Honestly I'd prefer he go after Orton. He did all he could for the IC title only for Ambrose (and booking) to destroy it, and Miz was excellent throughout the Cena feud. He should be one of the elevated guys. As far as Dolph goes, unless he gets an entire repackaging, I just don't the slightest idea for him.

And I know Mojo does a lot of good community stuff and kids like him like Cena, but he NEEDS to be a heel. I liked his promo to Dolph a couple weeks ago, and he can talk and has a lot of charisma. Zack Ryder would be the only thing keeping him face, but solo wise, Mojo should be a heel. Everything about him screams heel.
