Animated GIF editor and GIF maker

that site has all you need and free. no app to download or anything. upload a small video to it, then go from there (cropping, resizing, adding text, whatever you want)

I would highly suggest always maxing out your frame rate though when first producing the GIF from video (Frame rate (FPS)) .... a max of 25 gives the smoothest look.

:salute: thanks. Normally I prefer webm and streamable to gifs, because mostly they look like 240p YouTube vids
