They making her talk way too much on the mic. She had that Jeff Hardy/Mysterio swag in which she connected with the crowd regardless.

She always had this fan (Izzy) that they would use as a plant in feuds. Made her character connect more with the fans and prolonged storylines with rivals.

They restarted the momentum she had as a character on NXT to retell/familiarize people with her story on the main roster. Problem was there was too much going on women wise to be re-hashing and she's struggling to get that groundswell she had before she came up.
