Lara? U guys hyping this guy to beat ggg?... ggg will knock out the empanadas out of Lara.
Lara has gotten his ass whooped by lesser fighters, I expect ggg to win, it's about time he has a live body on his resume or else he's just a guy looking for one big pay day

You don't want to be 35 just tasting that elite level shyt, he may be in for a rude awakening...Glorified exhibitions vs wades of the world doesn't help fighters to grow, evolve and correct mistakes

Nah GGG was in good shape as always, he has a small slender frame, he can make 154 easily, im starting to think he understands some of those welters/jmw could cause issues contrary the bums at 160

Why you think old man Cotto was looking at middleweight like :shaq: He beats all these "great fighters" just as impressively as 97G does. 154 n 147 tho :sas1:

I've been saying it for the longest you can't listen to what nikkas say, go by what they do. His team is content fighting bums and calling out good smaller guys to move up. He will be calling out Spence in a few years I'm calling it now.

He has a small frame 160 is his cap, shyt them big ww enter the ring the same as him, he understands at lower weights can expose him for his speed deficiencies though, move up for what, aint no big money fights there, there's nothing to gain, why move away from the money

I agree he has a small frame and he should stay at 160 but no one wants to fight him.. him smaller fighters, they would just really get hurt... speed won't bother him especially them being smaller.

See we don't know if speed wont bother him, scared fighters be laying all type of hands on him, he hasn't fought one fighter with a elite skill set yet, there's a difference of that ordinary shyt and that elite level...There's two routes to take for Ggg the bhop route and move down chasing the money or the Sergio route who got starched tasting that elite level at a late age, hopefully he learns from history and choose his path wisely

I mean if we are going to go the route that speed may bother him then we must put him in front of a heavier or equal fighter tbh... ggg is pound for pound the biggest puncher rightnow and will rank high in all time when it's all said in done so puting him with smaller fighters is just not going to work in there favor... I just don't see it.

If Ggg had Arum he would have had Sergio, Cotto, and Canelo on his resume, we truly can't blame the fighter when there has been a open campaign to duck a particular fighter like never before seen in the sport...

In the same instance when these situations arise in boxing history, you cut weight and beat on lesser decent name guys like a Lara at a catch who canelo argably lost to at possibly at 158-159, team Canelo has all the pull they wont budge on fighting at 160, if golovkin had a good promoter he'd do a fight or two at 158, and say he can't get lower, then the backlash would fall on team Canelo if they duck the compromise....Bad tactical work, ggg has to take charge he getting up there in age,but he may be content with people like wade laying down for at this point...

Basically. I like Lara too much to even submit him to that :russ:. Lara will be on his bike ALL fight and lose on every scorecard. I ain't heard it but props if Lara is actually calling GGG out, but I totally see why GGG ain't interested. Lara is a smaller fighter who will make him look bad , even though GGG will win, and GGG will get no credit for beating Lara. It's kind of a pointless fight. I want GGG against the PBC middleweights or wait until the Charlos move up and whup they ass :lolbron:

Arroyo did better than expected, but I still have no idea reading through this thread how people had the fight so close. Arroyo accounted well of himself, but to me Chocolatito dominated the fight. Maybe not in the hurt his guy visually throughout type, but I thought nearly every round he did the better work.
