that maybe true...but the run of fighters hes faced since his last KO are largely made up of fighters who havent been stopped
the only one i criticized from him was not stopping linares...that was the gimme for him

Everbody who beat Gamboa got him outta here with a stoppage except for one Devin "The Dream" Haney.
Until we start seeing him actually stopping dudes they need to shut down all this stoppage talk. Regis was out here landing a combined 70 punches his last 2 fights and Devin had like 2-3 times where he could have stopped him but he ain't willing to open up his defense and get on the inside.
Gamboa was never a gimme for a KO...Crawford went through hell with him, Tank needed a mercy stoppage, Cruz should have never fought him....Linares was ko'ed multiple times in his prime and out of it some by lesser fighters

for going the distance with Linares as well I remember the days when Devin got KO's...he can still get them...Ryan aint that solid for me to think otherwise lol

Imo the Haney UD is still the most likely outcome but I understand where the Haney KO backers coming from
Haney looked a lot stronger in his sole 140 fight against a guy who was known for a sturdy chin otherwise than in 135. Garcia mentally doesn’t seem to be in the best place, he isn’t known for a sturdy chin like Prograis and he quit before.

Regis has a better chin than Ryan and Dev put him down/had him hurt. No reason not to think Ryan should be tko'd at least.

Regis got knocked down in both of his 2023 fights and looked bad in both. The only fights that Ryan Garcia was knocked down was by Luke Campbell who he KO'ed and his one loss to Tank. Ryan got more power then Devin and he ain't going to be jabbing at the air all night like Regis was doing. Devin might catch Ryan, when he coming at him but he gotta prove it to believe it.
