I'm taking Ryan at his word. He said his body literally can't go below 143, which is the weight he came in with for the Oscar Duarte fight too.

Thats also why De La Hoya said him vs tank should be at 144 catch weight which is way over the 136 they fought at last year.

If he can come in at 140 then he need to show it....which he hasn't done in his last 2 fight.
