Man as someone who has sparred hundreds and hundreds of rounds over the years this shyt dont rate to me at all
Ive washed nikkas way more seasoned than me some days and then they washed me the the other 9 times we sparred
Its sparring, its good work. Its not even posed to leave rhe gym.
