Andrade lost a lot of weight for this fight over 40 pounds in less than 3 months. I felt this would be a hard fight cause that williams cat hungry and boo boo was gonna get tired and rusty.
One of them fights that's a high risk low reward. This was like Bud vs mean machine. When you get a fight harder than it should be with a game opponent and you probably frustrated with not getting the big names and you end up a war unexpected.
I still would favor him in a big fight. Charlo looked bad vs korobov or whatever his name is, I though dude beat Charlo and andrade is a slicker lefty than that dude. Also as talented as canelo is, dude been avoiding this matchup for years. So I think styles make fights.
I do think andrade did get hit with some clean shots that did make me wonder if Charlo or canelo landed them what would happen. We won't know until dudes hop in the ring with him. Canelo not fighting dude even if he go to 168. He on his euro cac world tour.

Andrade needs a new trainer but it might be too late. He won clearly but that won’t cut it against either Charlo or Triple G. Andrade is extremely skilled though. You can see the talent just doesn’t press the gas at all and that’s his pops fought just as much as his.

Andrade may not even beat Derevyanchenko to keep it 100 with you. He can do everything Williams is doing but at a much higher level.

If Andrade is named a mandatory for Canelo at 168 after he beats Billy Ho and gets avoided, I don't wanna hear shyt. Canelo got a pass for fighting Liam Smith after Andrade got stripped so let's see what the excuses will be then
