Is making this 2hrs an AEW call or TBS/Time Warner call/decision to make?

I always thought rampage should do 2 hours on Saturday but I guess baseball is the only thing keeping them from doing it

Not sure but it seems like doing 2 hours wouldn't be that big of a deal considering the BotB shows are just followed by some movie like The Accountant or The Equalizer.
