Would be really impressed if Stanionis somehow wins this. If Boots is even 70% of what ppl say he is he should be able to get a decision here. And he could look like a future superstar again if he shows out. Boots should be much bigger fight night, more power, 5+ inch reach advantage, and the style match up is one where Boots could have Stanionis stuck behind his guard all night. Will be interesting to see how Boots deals with the jab and pressure of Stanionis and whether the cut and rehydration has any effect late in the fight if Stanionis can make it a grueling fight

When I saw that this fight would include the Ring Magazine belt and that the betting odds for this fight were WAY in Boots favor, I suspected something was up
Those odds are crazy for this fight. Basically giving a sign that if this fight is razor thin close or even if Stanionis is winning, they are going to give the fight to Boots.
On top of that, they are adding on that Ring belt as a way to give extra juice for Boots to win a lineal title with the 2 belts that would be a consolation prize for him to say "he's done it all at 147" for him to move up, because he can't stay any longer at 147 for him to get Undisputed
And on top of all of that, the weigh in was early as hell, with no 2nd day weigh in. They are putting on all the stops to help Boots to victory. Stanionis is not even the B side, he's the C side lol
