I decided in 2021 I want to cleanse myself of all the bs that happened in 2020..... and in order to do that I want to get in the best shape of my adult life. So with that I want to start a water challenge that includes 5 sick days.

Why sick days? Because things happen in life maybe you legitimately get sick or are unable to have access to water that day.

Rules:

  • Have to drink a gallon of water every day
  • Gallon only counts if you mark the water with marker highlighting what day it is. For example today is day 1 so I'm marketing mines with a 1 across the front.
  • You only have 24 hours to drink that gallon no catch up days
  • 5 sick days

Good luck

I recently bought one of those gallon water bottles with markings for every 2 or so hours on it. Should be here soon. My coworker has one and she pisses like crazy
:salute: you can join too just tape something on it daily to remind you how far you have come and how far you have to come

Hyponatremia - Hyponatremia occurs when the concentration of sodium in your blood is abnormally low. Sodium is an electrolyte, and it helps regulate the amount of water that's in and around your cells. When this happens, your body's water levels rise, and your cells begin to swell. This swelling can cause many health problems, from mild to life-threatening.
