The whole point is to live below your means to free up funds to MAKE your businesses. You have better cash flow in a low COL area. And not all of lithonia is slum like.

Man I was trying to get some houses over there, make some hydroponics centers, of course I would have to tear a few houses down....it was too much hassel and the quotes I was getting to change land use and the work were BS. But soon, God willing...I will have my empire
