Im planning to leave Brooklyn for Queeens then to ATL because the real estate market is saturated. I went to a REIA meeting in Manhattan a month ago and alot of the people there were black so me and my lil bro were . There were some cacs but majority were black. Anyway very few of them owned property in the tri state area. Alot of them owned property in ATL, Dallas,Houston, FL, Memphis,SC and NC,Georgia, VA. They said the property is cheap down there and its a gold mine in the south. My cousin owns a property in Virginia and is eating well. He was in the navy. We need get into the real estate game in the south. The long term benefits would be great for our people.

Yeah, cuz most nikka's don't want to listen. These dudes can drop 800/month chasing p*ssy, but won't drop 500/month on owning their own land. You do not need to have stellar credit to get an affordable mortgage, that can easily be paid off in 5 years. That's the same time frame for owning a car, which most don't they just lease for life. If you shop around you can find a bank that will Fu*k with you and not have a huge down payment if any at all.
