if you gotta go through those extremes to save money then you doing something wrong in ya life. nikkas need to step their games up. I would rather use 30k to buy a conversion van, convert it into a living space and buy a gym membership. Live in a warm climate area by the beach.

To each his own, but I am mainly impressed by the free utilities. You can make the house as big as you want if you have enough solar panels for electricity.
