What's next?!
kinda cherry picking here....the cartoon strip is acting like sexually suggestive pop songs were invented in 2001
i see you nikkas saying there were smutty ass songs before 2001, but they also had more balance. all the songs are smutty as shyt now. none of these brawds(or the team of people they have writing this shyt) have written anything but smutty ass music. scsut
either people dont request it, or radios wont play it, but music that actually got 'soul' to it gets no run. mint condition still makes music, still goes on tour, but you dont hear that shyt on the radio. They basically training to make these girls porn stars when they grow up. I was having this conversation with my boy with his baby kid and what type of songs that he will play in front of her. He said that the music today has no real balance and catered to horny adults only. There is no real innocent kid groups singing innocent songs anymore. A bunch of cursing and ratchet songs that kids play on their birthday parties is disturbing.

Pretty accurate. They are getting more and more vulgar with the music videos as time passed. Sexuality has always been in the music, but at least back in the day, you had to 'catch the meaning.' Now, videos have nearly become light porn. Disgusting society to raise a young girl in.
Point is there use to be options and edits, both on radio and tv, I remember when BET edited there video's more so than mtv. And to catch the filth you had to stay up to mid night.
Now if you catch a video its pretty much some twerking or freak me stuff 100% through. The only thing "edited" about it is a few bleeped out words.
Also the strip didn't cherry pick much it picked songs that where hugely popular. The only other song that coulda been used recently is gandum style.... and even that is questionable.
