Yea stair master is the only 1 of 2 machines I'll ever do for cardio (the other being rowing machine).

I usually do 10 minutes of stair master at level 10 AFTER my leg workouts.

General rules:

1. NO TOUCHING THE RAILS. That is from the beginning to end. Lotta folks lean on them and cheat, but you're not supposed to touch them AT ALL :martin:

2. DO NOT STOP until you reach the end time. Taking breaks make it too easy.

3. Have your music already queued up because you don't wanna have to fiddle with that shyt when you're already dying :why:

4. Stretch before and after. It will alleviate the pain.

5. Focus on YOUR BREATH. Don't think about how much it hurts, just inhale, exhale, repeat.

6. Get some speed on that bytch. Don't be doing no level 3 :martin:

When I was doing the fire academy I got lean as fukk on them things. Ric Flair is the only known man I know of fitness who vouched for this since the early 80s atleast to my knowledge. Them and running hills will get you lean as fukk.

My personal best was 30 mins with the 75lbs vest on geauxin to on level 3.0 and wearing them VO2 Breathing mask trainer thing. I was dropping beaucoup weight with it. But I couldn't keep mass on my legs.

Since I can't wear that shyt no more I just cruise a level 3 without the weighted vest. And I have the trainer mask still.

Now that shyt works to make ya lung skrong as fukk.

Why y'all making it sound so torturous? I think the treadmill on max incline is more uncomfortable. I kinda enjoy the stair master.

I watch a long YouTube video or a show and that makes it way easier to not focus on what you're doing. When I was just playing music then it was rough. If I start wearing down a quick glance at the big booty Dominican girls gives me that extra push:steviej:

I do cardio on off days and not lifting days so that helps. First thing in the morning when I'm fresh.

When I had to take the physical they was impressed about my health for my size. I was in super shape. My lung capacity crazy. They said I had big lungs and it was hard to empty them for the tests. They kept finding pockets. My blood pressure was too low for the tests based on my size at the time and they had to keep measuring it. They asked me what training was I doing? I told them just stairmaster and clanging iron and cutting carbs. I literally ate myself slim on fat and protein. shyt was crazy.

There's really no reason to be on a stair master for 1 hr but do you man. I know ur stamina crazy !!


Nahhhh my stamina was trash thats why I adopted the stairmaster to get my shyt up. Now its about pushing limits and seeing how far I can take it.

Last year hit a 6:50 mile, going for sub 6 minute this year. Just having fun out here tryna get slutty in these ice cold skreets :mjlit:
