I mean back before the root it seem like all the threads, that did numbers in TLR was race base thread. So you ended up with half people supporting pro-black stuff and the other half who don't want to see that pro-black stuff. Thats why so many I hate coli militants threads went plat right before the root was made. So they made the root to create a happy medium to kill that beef.

I wouldn't even say coli militancy but moreso reminds me of the stereotypical white person that does community service for a day think they done saved the world. Some of these dudes just talk and do nothing IRL but swear they doing something besides talking to the choir. Then you ask them how they helping offline they almost all have the same line of mentoring, supporting black business (which really means copping from the bootleg man), working on starting a business keyword working even though they have enough free time to post on here non stop. That's why I can't take most of them dudes serious. If you doing your thing cool but too many have a sounds good flow about them like that's what they wish to do but aren't currently doing.

I don't like bold either because it then takes all the responsibility from you and people living like that usually don't get far in life so that's why I'm not with that stuff at all. Its just a feel good pity party and if you mess up that high of excuse making your a c00n or about bootstraps and other mainly stupid talk.

So its better to have a site of pure ignorance then to give people a place where they can talk about issues effecting black people. People are learning from the root and the root is what you make it so be a change agent if you want to see different content in that forum

Yo I was about to make a thread similar to this today.

But to answer your question yes it is successful because it has moved race topics away from TLR, which was it's purpose.

I personally don't like it because everything is negative and no real knowledge is being given, but it's not horrible like Race Track.
