About to start the main event, but it’s been a great show. They’ve been having solid to good (Dynamite) shows over the weeks, but it’s been a while since I thought the show hit from top to bottom. :ehh:

This has to be the show where things officially look up because there’s so much potential for positive things to come. Let’s see how it goes.

Danielson vs Orpreay :whoo:

Danielson might really die :damn:

Shouldn’t have had him losing these matches then if this was up next
A testament on how he doesn't know how to book himself most of the time. Last year's L to Eddie felt bigger because he was coming off winning back to back big PPV matches (Okada and ZSJ) and was beating people up in the CC with an eyepatch.

This year he jobs again after putting over everyone he beat last year in New Japan to give Eddie another W knowing he has Ospreay next and that's a bigger match were him losing has way more value if he's coming off a hot streak instead of losing every single important match he's had this year :pachaha:

He was basically more concerned about building up Okada vs Eddie than him vs Ospreay ::bryan:

Holy shyt, Darby’s really climbing Everest?! :mindblown:

This dude better throw in the towel if it gets too much for him. That promo was :picard:

The best time to climb Everest is between March and May, as for the Climb itself, that will be 7 to 9 weeks; assuming Darby can make it to Base Camp 4 which is the final stop before the assent to the Summit (if weather conditions are good).

Basically its stop at base camp, acclimatize... move up higher to the next base camp, acclimatize... etc.

Probably shouldn't expect him back till June.

too...many...false...finishes. my biggest gripe about aew is they never end a match when they should. it always comes after 20 false finishes and always ends flat instead of OMG HE GOT HIM
Yeah AEW has a bad habit of ending a match like 3-5 minutes longer than it's natural conclusion

I don’t think this is much of an issue. He’s still Bryan fukking Danielson. He could lose 20 matches in a row and him v Ospreay would still be huge
