Izzy should’ve really dedicated to putting on the weight this isn’t kickboxing it’s MMA Jon Jones has taken the last year to properly go up to heavyweight, Izzy in his arrogance just that he could fight at his weight and not put any serious weight on those 205ers are giants and should be respected. Great job by Jan he did his game plan and came away with a great victory.

Well the blueprint's out on Izzy Yea Jan was bigger than him, but there wasn't any intelligent scrambling or attempts to get up on his feet once he was on his back, he just kinda sat there like 99 outta 100 career kickboxers who gets put in that position in the UFC. Izzy's good at using his leverage to shuck people off him with the help of the cage but in the center of the octagon he offered basically no resistance, no sprawls, no nothing as soon as Jan level changed and about the same when he was off his back. Good thing for him 185 kinda devoid of dynamic/explosive wrasslers right now.

And he out here getting interviewed first after 2 10-8 rounds and the L before the actual winner and champ Wonder who Uncle Dana and the WME goons were riding for in this fight...

Nah this is a hot take. I don’t care what technique you have, it’s gonna be fukking difficult overcoming a 10-15 pound weight difference when fatigued.

There's levels to this. I can never be mad at him wanting to challenge himself...but Jones would have legit destroyed him. You can't show up at LHW looking like a 13 year old boy

Exactly.... Izzy is skilled.... but Job not only is bigger and more experienced. He's just as skilled if not far more (again due to his experience, he legit has way more defenses than Izzy has total UFC matches), he's quick too and probably the better wrestler based off how he handed DC twice and I dont think Izzy would handle DC when it comes to wrestling
