It's clear though for all to see that Miz and his wench are legit in love, they have a certain, comfortable rapport that is hard to fake. Cena and Nikki on the other hand exist in a bloated, artificial and fake bubble of reality TV productions and prepared dialogue. He's a robotic presence and she has a mental age of but 8. It would be a horribly disorientating experience for those two, if they had even an ounce of self awareness. Lucky for them, they don't.
