This is what about don't understand about Jones

after you fight jones, you are NEVER THE SAME AGAIN

People said he lost to Gus, what happened in the rematch, he destroyed him, he would destroy Reyes the same, because they weren't the same after the clash

Jan sucks, Reyes would've beat him he fought him before Jones, but he not the same fighter, jones destroys the knees of his opponents

Gus was never the same, his knee was fukked up, his movement, and everything was never the same, the same with Reyes, and the same with Thiago Silva

Jones is gonna pick Ngannou apart from the outside with them oblique kicks, Ngannou punches are too slow and telegraphed

you need intelligent hands to beat Jones and nobody in MMA has them

And it begins. Already looking to price himself out :heh:

can see what you saying, but honestly can't ever be mad at any top fighter in MMA or boxing trying to get that money ...

Jones for example has main evented countless PPV's over the last decade where he drew 500k to1 Million PPV buys and has never been paid more $3 million any of those times. he's on record saying his average pay per main event fight has been around $1.5 million...... overall Jones has drawn 7.1 million PPV buys as a main eventer .... crunch those numbers.

back in the day on regular PPV, the UFC charged $70 and received approximately 55% of the revenue from cable companies. now during the ESPN+ era, they charge the same, but get 80% of the revenue ....

so 7.1 million PPV buys translates to $300 million - $400 million in overall PPV revenue and that's not even counting the live gate revenue, merchandise sold, etc. .... yet Jones has maybe seen $15 million to $20 million of all of that? .... nah man .... hold out and get a fair share. no more of this getting 5% of the revenue shyt.

:mjlol: Pure nonsense post top to bottom. Jones hasn't looked good in a win in a LONG time. He couldn't even put away Anthony Smith. Stipe is literally the longest reigning heavyweight champion in history with a bunch of KO victories over elite fighters. But he "sucks". Ngannou has had like 5 impressive finishes in the time between now and Jones last impressive win. Jones gets murked by Francis.

lmao at hasn't looked good, HE HASN'T LOST

You know doesn't look, guys after they fight Jones

Reyes isn't the same fighter, look at his fight with Jan, Jones destroys the knees of his opponents after they fight him tehy are never the same

you setting trying to clown somebody who's never lost

Francis looked like shyt against Derrick Lewis and just destroyed Stipe

you can't talk about past fights, every fight is it's own thing, casual
