I'm guessing he means Rev Pro, Progress, ICW (Scotland), OTT (Ireland). I keep up some with Progress and also Rev Pro since they have a deal with NJPW

Rev Pro and all the other leagues the british wrestlers be on, I'm not too familiar with them but I do see stuff from Will Ospreay and Omega and other notable names when they wrestle outside of New Japan overseas. Pretty much the places where WWE raided most of their british talent for their United Kingdom Championship tournament
