Crazy how two facial injuries changed two of the main events this year.

And personally if this goes as hoped, I'd be shocked if a heel turn doesn't come shortly thereafter. A baby face champ that's part of a group? With them already planting the ideas of not playing by the rules and being polite any more, but taking? That's not face shyt. And I find it difficult MAGAMahon will have a smiley baby face black champ that feels like he's been held back with backup and now that he wins he's just so happy to be there and will be a fighting champ. If they don't pull a double turn at Mania, I'm expecting a reign that eventually turns into New Day doing whatever it takes to keep that belt on him and a slow heel turn that I think could be pretty dope with E and Xavier holding down the tag division. Black excellence. 
That or infighting amongst the group for the title (black on black WWE title matches
), which isn't ideal, but would make for some new, organic firsts, similar to what I thought would happen with the Shield that never did, a triple threat title match.
Or....they keep the happy go lucky comedy effect shyt and eventually the flame fizzles out and the white crowd does what a white crowd will do and eventually turn on Kofi because they're/he's made to be a joke throwing pancakes around after winning and a more serious contender comes around.
Hopefully not the latter, but either way, thank you Mustafa Ali.
