I doubt it happens tbh.

He suggested Shakur and keyshawn should fight for the right to fight him. doesn't sound like hes planning on making those fights next lol
He’s a more talented, smaller Jared Anderson :mjlol:
Looks to have the same mindset. He doesn’t even like this, he’s just good at it and it’s a way to be rich and famous.

It’s a pity for the fans of the sport because he’s really gifted and we might left wondering “what if…” forever but at this point it is what it is. :yeshrug:
He gave evidence of it so many times by now that it’s hard to defend it by citing his loyalty to Haymon or calling it simply negotiating tactics. He’s just cool on fighting top talent.

One day he might get an offer he can’t turn down but I’m not holding my breath. A big part of his fanbase buys into his fights whatever the opponent so he’s just gonna keep doing it, why stop…

ok, lets get...

first of all, trash ass card for $80. I wouldnt pay more than $40 for this shyt. so I will be streaming this elsewhere.

now to the fight....

On one hand, I cant see Roach winning. the skill level between him and Tank is visually apparent. he is a frontrunner with not too impressive footwork. he seems pretty average all the way around. I will be surprised if he doesnt take a sustained beating.

On the other hand, this is boxing. Roach is a good boxer, very good technical skills. Comparing him to Martin, he is more technically skilled but Martin is more athletic. Also contrary to popular belief, Roach is the bigger fighter, he is also physically strong. He just fights at a lower weight because that gives him an advantage, like Porter did at WW, especially given that he is not a big puncher. He is a solid puncher but lacks volume. Again, he has similarities to Porter as far as size and strength but unlike Porter he doesnt have the workrate or the sometimes frenetic pace shooting from angles.

He is going to be patient and he is going to win the first few rounds probably. I think out of all the last few fights he has the best chance of going the distance. I would actually like to see him win but its too tall of a task I am afraid. If he holds a lot and stinks it out, maybe. There is a reason why he is fighting at 130. He just has too many holes to compete with elite level fighters at 135.
