Another Gold Medal
On the real, Punk really needs to shut the fukk up. He's coming off as a desperate nerd trying to come off as a badass. Of course he's gonna try to get attention off of guys that are ten times the star that he is just to gain cheap publicity.

Dude is embarrasing himself.

I like Punk but dude needs to stfu and mind his business.

Dave Meltzer checks in:

C.M. Punk got some pub in TMZ for a tweet yesterday, "Let's reward more drunk drivers with endorsement deals. Responsibility." That's in reference to the Jon Jones Nike deal that was finalized yesterday. That's resulted in hundreds of pages of message board overanalysis about how drunk driving is okay, cool, everybody does it, Punk is just attention starved, Punk made a brilliant move because he got press for himself like he did with Chris Brown but it's all a work and all that. Who knows, maybe that's an issue he actually cares about and was just giving his true feelings on the subject. But yeah, he's a wrestler, so it has to all be a work. If it wasn't a drug related issue and if it wasn't an issue the guy has talked about for a dozen years out of character, maybe. But given his history, it may not be this time. Granted, it is possible he just did it hoping for attention, but based on things he said privately even a few days ago, would bet against it.

--Colin Cowherd on ESPN radio today ripped on Punk saying that a pro wrestler doesn't have the right to criticize people in other sports because of all the deaths in their industry. Wow, you'd flunk sixth grade debating if that's the best point you can come up with. Shouldn't the radio host be at least as smart as goofs on message boards who come up with points at that level? (thanks to Charles Parker)

lol @ the "Punk is a racist" shyt that I've only ever heard here.

This probably the only predominatly black, wrestling forum around. At least from what I've seen. Good ol boys will be QUICK to throw ANY racist accusations in the bushes to save face. :birdman:

Punk didn't say shyt about all of the WWE DUI arrests in the past couple of years.

Kurt Angle, jimmy Uso, Maxine, Santino, Bo Rotundo, Shane Helms, Alex Riley, Rima Fakih. Not to mention all of the failed drug tests.

Nobody in WWE has ever been sponsored by Nike the biggest sports apparel company in the world. So the argument that Punk should judge his fellow wrestlers in the same manner is a moot point.

IMMIGRANT TETHERS
I know people on here clown on Colin Cowherd, but he just went in on Punk about going after Jon but not saying shyt about his fellow wrestlers problems.

you mind posting it breh?

I don't know why people shyt on Colin. Besides the stuff he said about some black players looking to Goodell as a father figure, he seems solid.

wasn't aware that he limited his stance to deals with Nike. That changes everything.
What has any WWE star ever endorsed that was as big as a Nike deal? I don't agree with Punk on this at all, and I hope Jones is smart enough not to fukk this up cause it's not only huge for him but UFC as a whole.
