Subtle thing about it is the first verse ends with "lookin for some love from the homiez, cuz shorty wanna be a thug"
In the second verse he's ingrained so it ends with "lookin for some love with the homiez, cuz shorty wanna be a thug"
That underlined that acceptance by the streets isn't a fulfilling substitute for a real family. You just all end up in the same boat.
