What was the $ amount of Big's deal?

The rappers and entrepreneurs who emerged after their deaths publicly signed multimillion deals. Cannot name one before 2010 that got close to the number quoted by the guy in the video. Can you?

Pac was seen as a loose cannon by the industry with going in and out of prison, getting shot up and all his antics. Nobody was giving him that type of money win he could go to prison or be killed at any time.
