The committee just set up a SEC elimination game AGAIN

#3 Auburn vs #4 Ole Miss last year and #2 LSU vs #4 Alabama this year

More like they set up the chance for 2 SEC teams to make the final 4. If Bama wins this week then they jump to #1. If they win out and LSU wins out them LSU will be first in line among non-champions to make the playoff if a 3 loss team like USC wins the Pac12 or if a 2 loss FSU wins the ACC.

SEC is once again in the best position to have 2 teams in the playoffs.

Why u surprised? Committee showed last year they care about who you beat more than if you're undefeated. Alabama is the #1 team in the country. Anyone with half a brain knows that.

This shyt seem like it's rigged to get an SEC team in no matter what. Reason being is it is PERCEIVED that the SEC is the best conference bar none. Like these other conferences don't have any teams. So the SEC is highly ranked and it makes their SOS seem high compared to other teams.

They got Alabama at #4 you lost to a 2 loss Ole Miss team who lost to Memphis. I don't think Memphis is better than UH. It'll play out but how long until these conferences at least the Power 5 conferences are on equal ground? Becuz this notion that the SEC is the best conference without a doubt has to stop. This conference hasn't won a Chip in a few years and last year during bowl season didn't look like the best conference.

I'm telling you right now breh. If Bama beats LSU this wknd, BOTH teams will get in the playoff.

Now if LSU wins, then Bama is out in alll likelihood. But LSU (even losing to Bama) will get in possibly without even playing for the SEC title.

here's the thing, how is #8 TCU possibly beating a #14 and #15 team in Ok St. and Oklahoma going to even matter much? Same goes for Baylor....

And then how's OU beating a #8 TCU and a NON top 5 Baylor even a big deal anymore?

Agreed. TCU should be furious. The committee has spoken. No championship game=no or last consideration for playoff spot.
