Here's something I don't understand, is it random when they use the specials, like Flying Goat +17 and shyt or can you in someway activate it?

I feel like its totally random.

It's all random but the higher the level the card the greater chance it has of appearing.

I think it percentage base
Leg. is 33%
Epic is 30%
UR is 25% etc.

I think people were either tapping to fast and pick Orton by accident or they're just stupid

I was ranked in the top 1.6k before I went to sleep woke up in the 5k range
