2K sports exclusive license with MLB ends today

this says there wont be anymore MLB 2K games because 2K isnt renewing the license.

this means that The Show is the only option if you want a baseball game unless 2K renews their license and develops another MLB2K.

Yes and no

2K sports had a exclusive to make MLB games same with Madden and EA. Only first party companies could make MLB, hence Sony being allowed to.

With the exclusive deal over. Any company can make games. 2K will probably be making a new MLB game. It just wont renew the exclusive license deal.
