Unless the descendants were also wronged, nothing is legally owed. It's embarassing for the university, especially for the Jesuit order, but slavery was legal then so it becomes the same issue as reparations for slave descendants as a whole: a loser.

The university/order can still take the high road and do something for the descendants but it would be mostly symbolic considering the amount of people involved.
