Bullshyt and that's an old talking point too many believe in. The problem isn't options, it's the mentality. Most inner cities have job programs, community centers, home buying programs, summer camps, scholarships and the list goes on. Unfortunately, too many don't take advantage to what's available because the hood mentality sees no value it them.
