The Bonus Tracks, with the exception of Shook Ones Pt 1 were on the second disc of The Infamous Mobb Deep album in 2014. :salute:

it was my first time hearing those tracks... it seem like they really promoting this 25th Anniversary Edition... Apple Music was promoting it heavy last night they gave Mobb Deep like they own little section... pretty cool

Mobb Deep's 'The Infamous' Receives 25th Anniversary Re-Issue with Bonus Tracks

wish it was on hard copy too but this will do

They're releasing physical copies later this year, and those are supposed to have even more tracks on them that weren't on the streaming version available now. Hopefully stuff that wasn't on the Infamous Sessions. We need Patty Shop and a few others in CDQ, and hopefully the instrumentals for the whole album

listened to them both but growing up not too far from QB I always put Mobb 1st. It was them and Nas always

how many albums have a GOAT single (Shook Ones Part 2) and GOAT posse track (Eye for an Eye)?

This is a 5 mic album no question and an album of such status that it transcends hip-hop.

Perfect mix of rhymes and beats. Legendary songs. Guest appearances are all on point.

The only slightly nit-picky criticism I have is that for me personally, the weakest song is the last one. While the tone of the album ends nicely with Party Over, it's just not as strong a track as the rest.

Top 5 album OAT for me.

Happy anniversary and RIP Prodigy

Only thing for me is I prefer the other version of Temperature's rising. But they put that out as well, and the original is legendary as it is. Pretty much one of the few flawless hiphop albums to me, and I listened tot Hell on Earth today as well, it's pretty much on the same level.

I've never heard moody beats like that till the infamous. First time I heard the iconic shook ones I was in Nigeria and was wondering what the hell I was listening to. I had been to NY before so it just mad me feel like I was walking the streets of NY in the cold winter wearing a bomber freezing my ass off.

Man don't get me started on Hell on Earth. Incredible album. Sometimes I can't decide between this and HOE but I'd give this the edge for more sonic variety.
