The younger generation is the majority of the workforce and we know that sticking with a company for 20 years has no benefit.

It's changing times is all...blame the disappearance of Pensions, I guess

I don't blame them one bit given companies can fire you for any reason.

We’re not actually the majority. We had just crossed that threshold pre-pandemic. Not sure if we’ve gotten back to that number. But yeah it’s because young people have no intention of staying at any job past like two years. And because we are all doing it - employers have no choice.
