The big problem is that African American political organizations are nothing without white liberal contributors. Without them nothing is possible as they hold a significant amount of intellectual and economic clout, far moreso than African Americans hold themselves. So either AAs must be slaves to liberals or else they will be slaves to all. That is the dilemma. And I am sorry to say but the AA population is doomed. This continent will swallow them all and they don't even know it. Sometimes I wonder whether I should leave this country for good.

i tell ppl if you don't look around you and see that white ppl/sytem trying to wipe black ppl out the face of the earth then you have a surprise coming your way.
i don't care how nice or they appear to come with good intentions. even if you're the lone black person doing good you will get caught.

Suicidal? Not caring about the plight of your people is suicidal. That is the problem with black people. Every other group prepares the lay the ground work for generations ahead of them. They believe in having a legacy and passing down wealth 100 years from now...we are the only group that does not think that way. Every issue effecting the black community must be addressed for us to move forward breh. Have you seen the plight of blacks worldwide? The vast majority of black people on this planet do not have access to clean water, electricity, and education. Do you understand how far behind we are now and how far behind will be in by the middle of this century, how much more the end of it. In the United States, the average black kid is living in poverty. Once you take away welfare we will be as well off as most Africans where you see a few rich elite and a small middle class and the rest power masses promised only death, prison, and prostitution.

Well, there's two sides to every story. At some point, all the old universities in the US were traditionally white. So if you see the doors for all universities are now open to all races. Then, it would be racist for a traditionally white sorority or fraternity to purposely deny a black student from joining or pledging.

Side note, it would be great to have a video cam feed from the showers.

Huh? It's more like self segregation that has been occurring at these colleges.

Besides, Frats and sororities are about the parties anyways. Plus Not every black person in college is from the hood....some of us have paid just as much for privates schools at the grade school level. If ya from any sort of eclectic background it's not a big deal and racially divided frats and sororities seem weird once you get to college.

If race is the major commonality with people....something is wrong IMO. They all go to college, like to get drunk, pretend to be classy at a semi-formal, and like Alabama football. Race is irrelevant in most cases outside of law enforcement.

If what you said was true and race doesn't mater, then the Alabama frats and sororities wouldn't exclude blacks in the first place. This is the South and the exclusion has been going on for decades! It's 2013 and if they didn't integrate blacks the last 50 years they obviously don't like blacks. So fukk em' and fukk the boot licking tokens.

I never joined any frats but I went to those welcoming things for freshman because i had friends interested and the white frats welcomed me with open arms but the latino frat was thirsty as hell for me almost bothering me like they were a pyramid scheme and i never went to any of their events lol
