Why cut? you dont really look "fat" at all...

just build muscle breh... everything will work itself out

I am just going to do a lil mini cut and hit the beach to see what my body look like at low fat %, then going to slow bulk after that:

Day one -
Was not feeling the gym too much when I got there. It was arm day so shyt was easy anyway. Knocked out arms had a decent work out and then made myself do ab circuit which I hate. After that hopped on the tread mill and ran damn near full sprint until I almost died. Go off and looked to see how far I ran and shyt was only .7 miles :sadcam:

After gym had a trutein Peanut Butter protein shake mixed with egg whites, blueberries, ice :salute:

For dinner grilled up 1/2 pound of 97% lean turkey burgers topped with goat cheese, avocado, onion, green pepper and bbq sauce

lose the sauce on your burger you wouldnt believe how much carbs and fat is in it. id say lose the bread too. if you wanna really lose weight just eat meat and veggies

Im with you on the bread but it easily fit in my macros for the day, as for the sauce its stubbs bbq sauce has around 40 cals in it so im not worried

fruit has tons of sugars and carbs too. when i want to lose weight i just eat chicken,beef and seafood mixed with veggies throughout the day

when you start eating loafs of bread with all the sauces you start adding up very quickly in calories and carbs which is fine but if your trying to keep fat off your belly its not clean enough

Day four right now got talked into going to get some wings an watch the game last night with my dad but going to make up for it today with some cardio

Try a 10-12 day RFL cycle.

Not gonna be the most pleasant, but it works without throwing much (if any) muscle in the bushes.

3 weeks is no time really, u aren't fat so u won't lose too much weight...i say shoot for 4-5 pounds....rock out with supersets and HIIT....are u taking any supps? ...dont forget to carb up and cut out water retention so ur muscles are full and tight for the beach lol

fukk this cutting shyt I just wanna go out tonight and drink some beer and watch the game. Hopefully after I leave the gym I will feel more focused but right now feel like going all out

You already look better than most dudes will at the beach so a night or two out isnt gonna hurt remember we arnt training for compatishons so a cheat here or there is ok if u can bounce back from it.
