Why cut? you dont really look "fat" at all...
just build muscle breh... everything will work itself out
I am just going to do a lil mini cut and hit the beach to see what my body look like at low fat %, then going to slow bulk after that:
Day one -
Was not feeling the gym too much when I got there. It was arm day so shyt was easy anyway. Knocked out arms had a decent work out and then made myself do ab circuit which I hate. After that hopped on the tread mill and ran damn near full sprint until I almost died. Go off and looked to see how far I ran and shyt was only .7 miles
After gym had a trutein Peanut Butter protein shake mixed with egg whites, blueberries, ice
For dinner grilled up 1/2 pound of 97% lean turkey burgers topped with goat cheese, avocado, onion, green pepper and bbq sauce
