Been lifting for around 80 days now, fell off diet wise a little bit the past couple weeks. I am going to make this thread to keep my self dedicated and also to show how much progress can be made in a short period of time. I am going to the beach for a weekend in 22 days to be with my girl and her family and am going to post weekly progress pics to stay motivated. Please clown if I am fukking up
