It’s what they call a pauper’s cemetery. It’s where you bury prisoners that weren’t claimed by family. They didn’t stumble upon 215 missing people. That’s why it hasn’t blown up. The problem is, not everyone out there fits that description, and there are families that would’ve gladly given their loved ones a proper burial if they had known. But Parchman a plantation that did modern day slavery until the 70s, that then transitioned to a Petri dish of human rights violations. If they didn’t care though to remove black mold out of there, they damn sure wouldn’t care enough to let you know somebody died. Man could’ve been the worst of the worst, doesn’t matter, you let any next of kin know he died. And damn right I believe they could’ve hidden folks out there as well.

The Orleans Parish Prison fell into chaos in the five days after Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans on August 29. As the water rose in the prison buildings, deputies deserted en masse, leaving behind prisoners in locked cells. The prisoners spent days without power, food or water, some standing in sewage-tainted water up to their chests or necks.

When the prisoners were finally evacuated from the jail, many were forced to wade through toxic, waste-filled water to the Broad Street overpass on Interstate 10. Prisoners reported that the armed guards at the overpass had K-9 dogs, which were used to threaten them and that they were maced and beaten. Female prisoners also report that deputies directed degrading and sexually offensive comments at them.

Edit: They seemingly have the names. They just have nothing else to associated with the death other than a grave.

This ain't nothing new, something similar they had in Florida called the "Dozier School" in which Colson Whitehead's Novel "Nickel Boys" is based on. White Supremacy has this pattern of their unhinged ways towards black burial. There's literally a chunk of the Woodlawn Cemetery the Historic Black cemetery in Fort Lauderdale under I95, there's also a Black cemetery (Washington Memorial Gardens) under a Gas station by me in Fort Lauderdale, where Esther Rolle is buried (Westview Cemetery) is possibly having warehouses built on a portion of it. Plus in Dania Beach on the 40s, CACS paid the black mortician Mr. Benton to dig up the black bodies since they didn't want their loved ones buried next to people that look like us. There's so many stories like this it's sickening brehs

Not exactly no names. But that they have no information about the deaths and that they deliberately hid that a death occurred at all.

That I could see. I just think the issue is it’s going to be tough to separate who died from old age, and knowing Parchment who died from poor conditions or straight up murder.

We been saying back home for years they need to burn that place to the fukkin ground.

I have a few family members who did time there !! They never come back the same. They all share this ideal of the system harvesting body parts of prisoners.
When I see shyt like this that shyt just come back as a reminder of those real life horror stories...
