Not saying he isn't an Xs & Os guy, but from my understanding he has some outstanding coordinators, especially the OC. CU's offense is very effective at getting BIG chunks of yardage.
I'd imagine Deion is more of a CEO type that allows his VPs & middle management (coordinators & staff) to cook.
