Most of the countries on Earth (including USA) take refugees in front of a judge to decide on asylum.
The problem with government kidnaping people without a due process is not in the "goodwill towards illegals" nor in the immigration judges, it is in the
erosion of basic human rights to due process.
First it was on illegals.
Now it is legal green card holders (i.e. legal residents) that are being kidnapped based on political speech or tattoos,
