These dudes make way too much money nowadays. Everything they do is to maximize their salaries until retirement. That's include load management to treating the all star game like a pre game walkthrough .

Them WNBA chicks have nothing to lose because they max out at 6 figures until they renegotiate in a year or so. And if they get payed more we'll see how they start to move .
