Brehs ... What happens when you need to fix a phone screen for a model of phone that's not common? Do they still fix it?

Just have to look up a phone repair shop in your area, call them and ask can they repair the screen for your model.

Usually they'll order the part if it's available somewhere. Whether it's worth the cost is a different story :francis: you might have to come out of some $$$

They were talking $300 to fix the screen on my old Galaxy Note :rudy: wasn't even remotely worth that so I just went ahead and upgraded

iPhone 13 Pro here for me. I might upgrade later this year if the new phones have some worthwhile updates but they most likely won’t. I also want them to bring back colors to the pro line again. Tired of just the black, grey, white, and something like gold.

16 Pro Max.
I upgrade very year just because.
I used to do this and after the iPhone X I stopped because the new phones weren't really feeling like upgrades. I went from the X to the 12 Pro and then to the 14 Pro. I did get the 15 Pro Max mostly to go to the Max size for better battery life and for the USB-C connector. It got to the point where the main upgrade was the camera and I didn't have an issue with my phone's camera.

iPhone 15 Pro

Upgraded from iPhone 11 Pro shortly after launch.
Don’t need or want anything bigger, having USB C was definitely needed.

The days of upgrading annually been over, even if money wasn’t an issue, I still wouldn’t.

iPhone 16 didn’t entice me and not really been keeping up with 17 or phones in general tbh.
I tend to keep my phones 3-4 years.

Couple scuffs and scratches I regret not going in before warranty finished and getting it swapped out for a fresh one. Didn’t cop AppleCare this time either
