what’s the best move of what should be the next better gameplan?
It would be to push the centrists, corporate whores and Israeli dikksuckers out of the party machinery, but they run the party so i am not sure. Need people that are for the working class, that do not see the stock market going up being proof the economy is good. That dont surrender issues like crime and immigration to republicans, that back away from egregious policies like men in women's sports or bathrooms and similar issues. Candidates that speak to people not how they think they are but what they are: simple and ignorant.

Real wages increased, poverty and unemployment decreased during the Biden presidency. 50% of Trump voters earned 100,000 a year.

Can you define with actual data that the economy isn’t good?

Wages increased from one year after not outpacing inflation for two years, while price gouging and other costs increased. Unemployment decreased but people having to work multiple jobs to pay the bills increased. People can make a certain amount of money but depending on their finances, properly or poorly managed, they can still feel the difference before 2021 to now.

You want to define with data why the economy is good but millions of people do not believe it is and no amount of graphs or pie charts is going to change that.

This myth again.

That’s cool. I got one more graph for you

What does this tell you about rationality of the average voter?

Are you a Harris staffer? Is this supposed to tell me something different? Almost 7 million people by your chart work multiple jobs, which i would bet at least some are voters. Not to mention i strongly suspect this does not take into account the Gig Economy where people are doing side stuff for Uber, Doordash, grocery shopping, etc..

A lot of people are not feeling good about their finances or their economic prospects and the best you could do is, "well actually, if you look at these charts......". I make 6 figures before counting benefits and i can see shyt is rough out here, so what do you think someone that is making average wages is going to feel?

People's pain or fear cannot be pushed away by stock market gains or unemployment numbers, not how that shyt works. "I am barely breaking even on bills and have to work two jobs to keep up, but this chart about how wages finally outpaced inflation in 2024 makes me feel so much better!"

Emotional. Like the average American voter. Immune to facts and reason just how I feel which can change on a whim depending who is in office. I think I’ve proven my point. :mjlol:

So yeah, get an alpha male populist who will tell people the sky will rain gold if they are elected then get them to hate the opposition like they hate the Dallas Cowboys. That’s where the dems should go.

@num123 literally pointed out how the chart said "People are working multiple jobs!!"
and it was just skipped over to call breh "emotional".
Brazy.

The level of discourse on here is laughable at times.

The drop in "multiple jobs" also hit right when Covid did then it trended back up.
I wouldn't be surprised if the people adversely affected by that were low income wage workers.
The same group HEAVILY impacted by the increased interest rates because across the board
there was GENERAL inflation.

If you were making $20/hr and working a second job just to get by four years ago you're likely
drowning from the increased inflation.

You do know that this is a large reason why Kamala lost, being out of touch with the average voter. Being the the lesser evil candidate of so many issues and not shoring up and turning out the base did her in. Spending time and political capital trying to bring in Republicans rather than likely voters was a failure. Being a corpo whore did not help either.

You talk that emotional shyt, all high and mighty but that dumb bytch lost because she ran a retarded campaign. She lost because she she went full retard campaigning with the Cheneys in Michigan and basically telling the Arabs there, "Israel did nothing wrong, LOL" like that would work out fine. She stopped talking with a populist/anti corporate message (which was showing success) after she had a talking to by her Uber corpo brother in law who was one of her advisors.

You are like i bet a lot of people in Harris' camp are: Entitled, elitist, holier than thou, "I am smarter than you so listen to me" thought process. You look and reach out to people in the way you want them to be and not in the way they are. This is coming from someone that voted for her but i am a realist and it was shown a lot of people that are like you and those that ran her campaign were not.

Data is good but you have to look at the actual people behind the data and how they are struggling. Dismissing millions of people when she lost battleground states by very thin margins is nuts. Not to mention all of the other financial reasons people are hurting. This election has shown again there are a lot of Democrats, especially in senior and leadership positions, do not understand the people they want to vote for them.

This election has really lib pilled me

I think Agent Smith in the Matrix really said it best.

Did you know that the first Matrix was designed to be a perfect human world? Where none suffered, where everyone would be happy. It was a disaster. No one would accept the program. Entire crops were lost. Some believed we lacked the programming language to describe your perfect world. But I believe that, as a species, human beings define their reality through suffering and misery.

Tbh not only do I feel that the Democrat leadership is out of touch and obtuse they have a genuine
disdain and disgust for working class people.

Many on this website are either professionals, aspirants or live in the coasts like I do.
So they tend to mirror wider party opinions/beliefs that people in the midwest and south
are just ignorant backwoods yokels who can't think for themselves.

This is why they repeatedly fail to appeal to a wider audience outside of Blue Maga/Hardcore believers.

Not to mention they're too scary and frankly compromised to ask more of corporations/CEOs and endorse labor
unions. So inevitably they have an antagonistic relationship with workers including the highly paid ones that are typically
DNC faithfuls.
