I don’t think Vance is likable to the cult. We have like four years of in-house fighting between Republicans like last time, tbh. Their incompetence and incessant need to fukk things up for petty gain will always be ingrained in the party.Idk man. He finna pass the torch. His cult will follow.
In Atlanta THEY moved the goal post, absentee ballots had to be sent in two days before election day, as we see the results of today that played a huge factor.I’m probably gonna see my way out this thread but democrats got so lucky last time and fumbled it all.
McCain had just died and AZ rode for him for Trump talking that shii. Atlanta came out when he hoed John Lewis. And Detroit and SE Michigan came and sealed the vote.
AZ definitely went red this year, Georgia blacks hated Fanni for Thug and whites hated her for Trump’s conviction, and SE Michigan Arabs went red because of Gaza.
You reap what you sow Democrats
Yall keep saying this republican talking point. What identity politics did they lean into?Messaging was their biggest problem. They let Republicans take control of their messaging with all of the misinformation.
A strong labor campaign was needed if the biggest complaint was the economy/inflation.
Dems leaned too much on identity politics
^This."Working class" is often used as coded language for racist white individuals.
Additionally, initiatives like $25,000 for first-time homebuyers, $8,000 for newborns, student loan debt forgiveness, and lower medication costs all support the working class. How could Harris and Walz not be running on a working-class agenda?
A populist candidate would have slammed the corporations at every chance they had. Which is what Bernie’s point was. The Dems keep trying to serve two masters at every turn and get burned every single time.I think that is part of the misinformation campaign and it worked. Kamala failed to dispell that, and it costed her in the end.
Inflation is low, its around 2-3% which is the target for the fed reserve to maintain a healthy economy. But the population still thinks its high because prices are high. But thats because manufacturers and companies are still charging premium rates for everything as if inflation was booming....because they can. Part of her platform was to crack down on that, but she never really explained it well. So the message went nowhere.
The economy is great right now, however.
Shapiro basically robbed his cadence. But, he’s establishment and that’s what’s missing. Obama’s campaign wasn’t just “this nikka spittin” but he offered shyt. This
It's crazy cause I think if he were straight he'd be the golden boy of the Democrat party and he'd deserve it. Idk if he has the immediate charisma of a Obama, but when you hear him speak he has a reasonable solid answer for EVERYTHING
Idk if the Dems have another candidate like him waiting in the wings which is too bad. Obama came out of nowhere tho, so you never know.
I feel like RFK is going to get Tommy from Goodfellas treatment. And the food manufacturers who have benefited from this for generations just going to let this happen without a flight?

I don’t think Trump is like Reagan where he’ll let them cook. He wants the spotlight on him at all times.
If he's stays close to the vest, his likability won't matter. Y'all act like these folks need a reason. As long as he doesn't go rogue and plays his position, they will vote for him. We've seen that party damn near vote a pedo in Bama into the Senate. They don't care about none of that shyt Liberals do. They only care about the win. Dems need to adopt that mindset. The cult does like Vance, but I doubt he generates quite the turnout for the sole reason he's not actually Trump
