Literally just said something similar to somebody else. Kamala was an awful candidate from the jump. No one liked her ass when she was in Cali locking up Black men for weed and truancy, idk how anyone thought she was going to win this. The problem is Black people need to STOP voting based on optics. Kamala was due the Black vote because she's brown, went to Howard, and listens to Mary J. All that fukking pandering she did and she was automatically due the Black vote.

I asked so many people in my family what they liked about Kamala and all I ever got was "she isn't as bad as Trump." They could NEVER tell me one good thing about her policies, or where she stood on anything. The talking points almost always went back to Trump. Like yes, I know Trump is terrible; however, what can you tell me about Kamala? Why do you like her? Other than her pandering and "she isn't as bad as Trump", they would give me nothing.

The Black community better start demanding more out of these fukking candidates.
To be fair in he debates neither candidate really stated what they would do just how bad the other was. But to your point our people can’t afford to be uninformed.

Your last comment it don’t look good. I want to have faith we will but idk. What stood out to me is the amount of elders 50+ who stated they were tired of voting a certain way because they aren’t reaping the benefits. So maybe there will be change.

Democrats kinda walked themselves into a ditch in regards to migrants & the black vote. I’ve spoken to countless elders who feel slighted. Years of voting blue & now living check to check while migrants come in to a red carpet being rolled out?(whether true or not)

It's so fukking disheartening seeing grown men be this damn naive. I can see riding for the team but it was shocking seeing everyone get so comfortable. As if we didn't already see this story with a white woman going against him 8 years ago. The entire reason everyone pushes for him so hard no matter what is because it makes it okay for America to be what it already is out in the open.
We talk that "Be careful and aware black man" shyt because it sounds good but honestly black folks are way too comfortable and complacent in comparison to how we talk. I've seen it way too many times. Black folks dont get mad at shyt until it's far too late to do anything about it

I see nikkas still being shocked about Latinos like they haven't shown time and time again where they stand. And even if you wake up now they're already knee deep in local politics and are buying up real estate like a muthafukka. But black folks got to comfortable thinking these nikkas your friends, or even worse, being too smug and relying on "The jalapeno pickers?:mjlol:"

You're right about this naivety, and there's an embarrassing amount of unserious behavior

If they hate Kamala’s stances on Gaza, Trump got some shyt up his sleeve for them :mjlol:

What exactly could Trump do worse in Gaza than the current regime?

At some point you can't just keep relying on using Trump as the bogeyman. You have to to offer a meaningful alternative.

That's why a lot of folks aren't voting. Of course they don't expect Trump to be less in bed with Israel.
