Just scanning the numbers, I can see an optimistic case for PA or MI, but I kinda lean toward Trump on both. Not seeing it at all for WI or AZ, and that's going to leave her just short (in the most optimistic case).

Becoming 5% of a hard Red state instead of 4% does nothing. Voter turnout in places where we have numbers (Detroit/Atlanta/Milwaukee/Carolina) means more than splintering off into places where our presence gets drowned out. "Let's expand" doesn't do anything for the 4 places we have that could've used reinforcement on a federal election.

Notice I didn't list any of the high-life cities you keep focusing on.
