In about 20 minutes when the Illinois and New York polls close then Harris will go on her run and grab those 2 States and then grab the customary Western States like California, Oregon and Washington. Those are the delegate rich States. The election will be decided by Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and for some reason Iowa.
