Trump is a unicorn candidate. There is a cult of personality there that can't be replicated. He literally told us that he could shoot someone and not lose a vote and he was right. The man tried to overthrow the government is more than half the people are willing to vote for him after that fact.

Nothing about tonight makes logical sense.

This is facts and it's what makes the Clinton/Harris campaign strategy of cozying up to Republican elites like the Cheneys and Bushes so stupid: Trump's "base" hates those ghouls almost as much as the Democrats do. Trump came into centralizing power on the right because all the "mainstream" candidates like Romney, Rubio, and Jeb Bush are deeply unpopular across the political spectrum; as evidenced by Obama whooping them in the 2012 election, and then Trump equally trouncing them for the nomination in 2016. Him crashing the buildings as the outsider promising to "drain the swamp" of the establishment forced the Republicans to wake up and change their strategy around him and his bloc. Dems are still stuck operating like it's Clinton out there signing NAFTA in the 90s and I don't know if they're gonna get any opportunity to realize the errors of their ways after this.

I lost pretty much my little nest egg in order to help me get thru this unemployment stretch. I have a fourth baby coming and I pretty much fukked up life for my family. If we won this election I would have been able to give my babies a fantastic holiday season at least.
