I told yall I wanted Val Demmings :francis:

Val Demings, Karen Bass, Terri Sewell

The former vice president and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee already has committed to picking a woman as his running mate. Against the backdrop of the growing movement for black liberation, he’s been encouraged to select a potential governing partner from a list of qualified black women that includes Sen. Kamala D. Harris (Calif.), Rep. Val Demings (Fla.) — sitting members of Congress with backgrounds in law enforcement — and Susan E. Rice, a former national security adviser and U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.

Biden should have picked Val Demings over Kamala :wow:

I said years ago if he wanted a black candidate that Val Demings was sitting there but now Biden’s brain is soup and we’re here now.

Yall keep playing this game that not in front of us.

if Biden wanted a black VP, he should have chosen her.

:sas2:

Again…that 2020 BLM anti-cop era tanked her chance to be VP… :francis: Kamala wasn’t the only casualty :snoop:

Val Demings Is on Biden’s V.P. List. Will Her Police Career Hurt or Help?.

She’d have SMOKED Trump :francis:

Detroit
Def could have won Georgia Michigan and Wisconsin if she disowned Biden on Gaza and ran a progressive campaign.
I don't know about the other states, but here in Detroit, her ads largely focused on these things:

In Michigan, her campaign ran ads that touted stronger labor and union support, lowering taxes on the middle-class, home-ownership initiatives, building more homes, paid family and medical leave and child-care funding....
People not only rejected her, they rejected our Blue state trifecta, and now we're getting right-to-work laws back! Yay!
