I don't know about the other states, but here in Detroit, her ads largely focused on these things:

People not only rejected her, they rejected our Blue state trifecta, and now we're getting right-to-work laws back! Yay!
Chill breh, Whitmer is still the Governor and Dems won the State Senate

Is this true or not?

If true there would be whistleblowers from state governments confirming that Starlink was used for swing state elections right?

I would also assume Elon would be suppressing this information if it was true right?

Again, two different sports. Cause the left does anything like this and it’s “pandering” and thinking so low of the Latinos cause “where is the substance”.
Precisely. Because the right doesn’t pander and only gives attention when they think they need it and offers nothing but platitudes and “ideals”. Meanwhile, policy to actually strengthen the rights most Americans didn’t have 40, 50, 60 years ago and continue process of creating a more perfect union is pandering.

Any inroads the left attempt to make with any non-white group is seen as pandering. And that usually comes from the mouths of the richest or least intelligent of those (read: our) groups. That’s usually because it doesn’t economically benefit them OR they are contrarian to make up for the lack of intelligence. In either case, it’s a sense of superiority and feeling that the rules don’t apply to them. They either fell for the propaganda, attribute Dem initiatives to the Right, or they just honestly think things won’t affect them.

We have to stop looking at why minorities shifted. It’s not because people are being pandered to and don’t want it. It because they are being pandered to with a window to whiteness by the right.

I always pose the following questions to minorities when they discuss “pandering” to me:

Which side considered the Civil Rights Act and the VRA pandering and attempt to dismantle it?

What do you think will happen if those things are completely reversed?

The average white person in America grows up learning IN THIER HOME what rights are enshrined for minorities and how “things have gotten worse” for them since then. That’s why you see the education shift in their numbers voting for Democrats. Because once they know the truth, they know the side we’re on is not just for us BUT FOR EVERYONE to have an opportunity.

The average person in our community grew up being drilled by some older black person (at home, at school, family members, neighbors, mentors) that these rights came from intense fight and struggle, having to demand some sort of humanity but because we all haven’t “made it” some think it’s a lost cause. That’s why Ice Cube didn’t realize he was the one pandering with the “Platinum Plan”. That’s why these Black “Conservatives” didn’t realize they were pandering Kamala to have a plan for them only for her to turn around, address some of the issues they complained about, and then be told she was pandering.

What did Trump offer them? What was Trump’s outreach at their votes? What type of black people does he surround himself with? What do the white people around him say about black people?

Now compare that to Latinos who are 80% third generation or less. Or Asians who are 90% third generation or less. Or most non-white immigrants who are 95% third generation or less. No history class, no amount of education, nothing less than experience is going to teach them the real struggle to get to this point. White people use their stories (“war-ravaged”, “famine”, “3rd world poverty”) to where they arrived in a more fair America built off the blood and sweat equity of us and had to be allowed to be part of the system regardless of skin tone or dialect rather than actually acknowledge the struggle here.

That’s why minorities shifted. They think American is WHITE. They think they are colorless. They think their accents and dialect won’t have them singled out. The often cheap legal aid, no interest loans and forgiveness, DACA, quick processing of their visas, and all of the government help directed at their benefit wasn’t pandering. Instead, it was magically here to make them Americans and their lives better and that system was built off of white men in the 1770s telling the King of England “we will not pay your taxes without representation”, then some shyt happened and MLK said “I Have A Dream” and then they got here.

I keep asking and none of you can answer me. What do I get out of having muslims and Arabs in the democratic big tent? Culturally, religiously, ideologically, socially…. Where’s the ROI for party loyalists like us?

All I’ll say is this. People act like the only people voting for Trump are MAGA people from some hick town. Nope.

There are “educated” folks that also voted for him or against Kamala.

Some of the holier/smarter than thou attitudes from the Dem support blinds them from how and why Trump won this presidency.
Every trump voter is either a fan of object nastiness.

Or complicit with object nastiness for their own personal gain.

Either way, letting these people dictate the direction of the country is a mistake.

There always has been and needs to be an opposition to the nastiness of this country.

Dems are that opposition right now.

Seems all the “answers” for dems revolve around throwing truth and decency in the bushes for votes.

Maybe they will, at which point the country is actually lost to the nastys.

Took them 500 years, but they will finally win.

Crazy some of you are on board with this, just so you can say the dems won :scust:

This is a fragrantly racist post, you need to just switch over to the republican side like Jimmy dore, where you can judge people based on their ideology and religion

Your question is broken and some nasty cac shyt,

You don’t advocate for marginalized groups for your own gain.

You do it cause it’s the right thing to do.
